邓红文 (Hongwen Deng)教授，现任职于美国杜兰大学，是生物统计学和生物信息学领域的国际知名学者，主要研究领域为：采用全基因组关联分析、全基因组的转录组分析、蛋白组表达谱以及特殊基因的功能分析对人类疑难疾病的遗传剖析，是Genetics Society of American、American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG)、merican Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR)、International Genetic Epidemiology Society、Great Plains States Society for Molecular Biology and Genetics、International Chinese Hard Tissue Society (ICHTS)、 International Society of Musculoskeletal and Neuronal Interactions (ISMNI)、International Society of Clinical Densitometry (ISCD)等学会的会员。在Nature，Science，Am J Hum Genet，Mol Psychiatry Feb，PLoS.Genet，J Bone Miner Res，Proteomics，Genome Research，Bioinformatics等国际知名学术期刊上发表高水平学术论文近300篇.
