During July 2nd to 6th, 2017, the XI European Congress of Entomology (ECE) was held at the Expo Convention Centre in Napoli (Italy). There are 16 sections in this congress, including almost all the research field of entomology, such as “Agricultural and Forest Entomology”, “Genetics and evolutionary biology”, “Parasitology, Pathology and Immunity” and “Physiology and Biochemistry”. According to statistics, 945 experts from 65 countries have registered and attended the congress, and 460 oral presentation were given with 560 poster displayed during the entire congress.
