Invited by Prof. Tang Caixian of the La Trobe University, Australia, Li Guixin from institute of biotechnology visited the University from January 13th to 28th, during which she visited the experimental teaching center for undergraduate students in the field of agriculture, environment and food sciences, learned a lot on how they manage the experiment courses for students. She also visited the AgriBio Center of the University, which is the best center in the University and one of the famous research centers in Australia, and got to know their missions, facilities and management system. She had scientific exchange with Prof Tang’s group, especially in the research of behavior of aluminum and heavy metals in the soil-plant systems. She had been invited to visit the families of three PIs in the AgriBio too to enhance the relationship and set a good background for future cooperation.
