On the morning of August 30th, Australian Murdoch University held an adjunct professor appointment ceremony for Prof. Guoping Zhang from College of Agriculture & Biotechnology, ZJU. Richard Harper, Dean of School of Veterinary and Life Science, on behalf of the executive vice president, presided over the ceremony and awarded the letter of appointment to Prof. Guoping Zhang. Murdoch University, as a research university occurs at high rank among Australian universities.

In the afternoon, Prof. Guoping Zhang and his colleagues visited the DPIRD (Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, previously known as Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, West Australian) and AEGIC (Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre).
