Prof. Li Zhenghe attended the 7^th International Conference on PLANT-BASED VACCINES, ANTIBODIES & BIOLOGICS (PBVAB 2017) held in Albufeira, Portugal during June 4^th –7^th, 2017. The PBVAB conference was organized by International Society for Plant Molecular Farming. The PBVAB 2017 attracted international audience of researchers, clinicians, and representatives for academia, industry and government/regulatory/public health organizations. More than 100 representatives for the human, veterinary, plant communities with an interest in vaccinology, immunology, and biotechnology issues in relation to plant-based systems participated in this conference. PBVAB 2017 will seek to develop the synergy between the human and veterinary medical/immunological/plant biotechnology communities by focusing on the immunology, vaccinology, delivery, adjuvants, and efficacy of plant based proteins.
