On invitation of the organizational committee of ICPMB, Dr. Yang Jinghua, Shi Kai and graduate student Zhao Na from Institute of Vegetable Science participated in ICPMB (2015) during May 17-22 in Wroclaw, Poland.
The ICPMB is an international meeting that brings together researchers from all over the world working in various aspects of plant mitochondrial biology, and provides a great opportunity to share views and unite efforts both to broaden research and increase its quality. The Conference for Plant Mitochondrial Biology is organized every two years from 1995.
Dr. Yang Jinghua and Zhao Na were invited to give lectures respectively in conference and the lectures were warmly welcomed with live discussion. In addition to the lectures, both Dr. Shi Kai and Yang Jinghua had posters presentation.
At the end of conference, the ICPMB organizing committee announced that Zhejiang University had the honor of hosting the ICPMB 2017 and Dr. Yang Jinghua gave a welcoming speech. Thunderous applause burst out from the audience subsequently.
