On invitation of the Research Institute of Green Science and Technology (RIGST) of Shizuoka University, Prof. Zhang Chuanxi from the Institute of Insect Science together with his two PhD students Huang Haijiang and Pan Penglu attended the “2015 International Symposium toward the Future of Advanced Researches” held at Shizuoka University in Japan from January 26th to 28th.
The symposium aimed to joint international workshop on advanced green science, advanced nanovision science and promotion of global young researchers. Each part of the symposium lasted one day. More than a hundred professors and young researchers from different countries such as Japan, China, Korea, India, Malaysia and Hungary attended the meeting, delivered reports and showed their posters. Pan Penglu together with two young researchers from Korea and India received “Outstanding Oral Presentation” in “2015 Workshop on Green Science and Technology of Global Young Researchers” session.
The international symposium not only broadened the mind and opened up the international vision of young researchers, but also provided a way to build international friendship and a bridge for international communication and cooperation.
