Across oceans, Begin internship together
On Jul. 6th, the delegation from Zhejiang University Agriculture and Biotechnology College(delegation) began their forty-day exchange program to University of Illinois Urbana Champaign（UIUC）, which is aimed to enhance the learning abilities、 lab skills and English communication skills of the team members, promoting friendly relations between Zhejiang University and UIUC.
Scholarly Communication with Qiushi spirit
In this internship, students selected tutors by themselves, and discussed the one-month scientific project with their tutors, and their initial results were displaced as a poster presentation in a buffet.
The special scientific environment brought unique experiment materials and research methods, combined with field experiments, which let students have a better understanding of the culture and society that made up America.
Traveling abroad, experiencing the foreign atmosphere
Besides of studying on campus, the team also organized three trips to St. Louis、Chicago and County Fair. Students are impressed by the royal Illinois State Government，Chicago, the international metropolis, bustling with lots of local colour and Michigan lake with clear blue water.
In fact, students felt the American culture everywhere during their stay in US. American local cuisine, chat with local students all presented students with culture differences and provided them a chance to improve English and feel the sense of culture besides academy.
