Title:
Development of multiplex immunoassays for food contaminants
Lecturer:
Dr. Jeroen Peters, RIKILT, Wageningen University & Research
Biography:
Dr. Jeroen Peters is a scientist on the research field of biosensors and bioassays for food safety analysis. He is now a researcher on RIKILT (Institute of Food Safety), Wageningen University & Research, in the Netherlands. In recent years, he works on the development of rapid bioassays for multi-residue detection of food contaminants, such as mycotoxins, antibiotics, and pesticides, particularly using the microsphere-based multiplex flow-cytometric immunoassay.
