Professor Hua Yuejin visits Lincoln University in New Zealand and the Royal New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research

Lincoln University, founded in 1878, is one of the New Zealand's oldest institutions of higher education, owns the international reputation in the field of agriculture and horticulture. On November 1, 2016, Prof. Hua Yuejin of the Institute of Nuclear-Agricultural Science, Zhejiang University, was invited by Professor Charles Brennan of Lincoln University to conduct academic discussion and cooperative research.

During his stay in New Zealand, Prof. Hua Yuejin also visited the Royal Botanic Institute of New Zealand. The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited (Plant & Food Research) is a government-owned, corporate operating system of state-level research institution. It mainly operates in the fields of Breeding and Genomics, Bioprotection, Sustainable Production, Food Innovation, Seafood and Aquaculture Breeding technology and other aspects of research. During the visit, Prof. Hua Yuejin expressed his willingness to strengthen cooperation in the advantageous areas, and discussed the direction and method of cooperation in the future.
