In order to make students know more about the recruitment of overseas enterprises, expand their international vision of employment, promote communication between Zhejiang University and enterprises in Japan, as well as further expand channels of overseas job application, career guidance center of Zhejiang University supporting by Che Yueqiao international exchange fund of Zhejiang University Education Foundation cooperated with RGF HR Agent（Shanghai）again to hold the third term of "Famous Japanese Enterprises Summer Visit” project, which has a high popularity on campus.

From Aug 3rd to 10th, undergraduate students Yan Chenyin and Tong Sijie from College of Agriculture and Biotechnology went to Japan to participate in the 8-day exchange project, together with other 2 undergraduate students and 21 graduate students from College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, College of Computer Science and Technology, College of Biomedical Engineering and Instrument Science.

During the visit, four enterprises were on the schedule, including Recruit－Asia top and World 4th human resource company; Taiyo Holdings－solder resist ink manufacturer with highest world market share; House－legendary enterprise in Japan food industry and Sysmex－ top 10 in vitro detector producer around the globe.

Through field visiting, introduction and discussion, students sufficiently experienced unique Japanese social culture and business culture. Japanese firms attach importance to employees’ potential, provide excellent pay, and are equipped with comfortable working space, which left a deep impression on students. As different fields and different enterprises have various talent demands，students can made multiple choices when doing job hunting.
