In the evening of June 9th, 2018, the undergraduate class-adviser class display contest of Zhejiang University, with the topic “Founding for a Dream in a New Era”, was successfully concluded at Yuanzheng Qizhen Building. Since the beginning of the competition in early May of this year, a total of 39 class-advisers from 38 colleges/departments have signed up. After lively competitions in the preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds, Prof. Fei Li, the Shennong class (2017) adviser, won the first prize of the contest with outstanding performance.

Prof. Fei Li focused on the topic of “Study Agriculture: the Vision of Home and Country, Under the Support of Faith and Interest”. His topic was supported by the summary data on the career development of Shennong class students. Through raising the two questions “Why Should I Study Agriculture” and “What Can You Do for Agriculture?”, Prof. Fei Li used several case studies in the three fields: agricultural science and technology, agricultural management, and agricultural entrepreneurship, to help students clarify the path of their personal career development in the future. He hoped that the students will know more about agriculture, love agriculture, study agriculture, and work on agriculture. And he hoped that the students will pay more attention to the development of the country, and try to become leaders in all fields of modern agriculture in the future, and try to proposes the Zhejiang University Plan for the great reform of China's agriculture.
