·主要学术经历

近几年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章40多篇,主持过国家自然科学青年基金1项,国家科技部125科技支撑项目1项,浙江省科技厅重大项目1项,浙江省科技厅面上项目1项,省教育厅项目2项,均已顺利结题,主持企业委托横向项目10多个。获浙江省科技进步一等奖1项,中国石化协会科技进步一等奖1项。自1996年本科毕业至今,一直从事有机合成工作。在药厂研究所参加过萘普生的小试和试生产、6452项目的合成与光学异构体的拆分等。硕士期间从事原料药贝那普利及有机中间体的合成,博士期间以天然来源的高活性的乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂TerritremB为先导化合物,以传统中药酸枣仁中的天然活性成分为原料进行系列新化合物的合成和杀虫、抗老年痴呆等生物活性研究。主要开展与发现和优化农药先导化合物相关的新农药创制、组合化学与化学生物学研究工作,重点解决在寻找和优化农药先导化合物过程中一些与组合筛选化学与化学生物学相关的方法、技术、理论等前沿性科学问题。包括“骨架导向”的小分子化合物库、以天然产物为骨架分子的化学库、靶标酶导向的杀螨、杀虫活性研究、及抑菌等生物活性的研究内容。2009.9获得浙江大学“青年骨干教师赴国外高水平大学合作研究计划”经费资助,赴美国密西根大学生命科学学院学习1年,访问交流学者。2011年入选浙江省151人才工程第三层次培养人员。
