 The research interests in Gary’s lab mainly focus on Legume-Microbe Interactions, including Soybean Mutagenesis Project, Root Hair Systems Biology, Associative Nitrogen Fixation, Chitin/lipochitin recognition and Role of extracellular ATP in plants. Results have been published in Science, PNAS, Plant Cell, eLife and other top journals, totally more than 200 articles.
