• 研究领域

主要从事植物害虫生物防治和昆虫免疫学方向的研究。近年来的研究重点为寄生蜂雌蜂所携活性因子的分离、鉴定与功能研究,鳞翅目农业害虫的天然免疫反应及其调控机理,以及寄生蜂与其寄主害虫相互作用的机理等。目前的研究工作主要包括以下几个方面:1)金小蜂科寄生蜂毒液蛋白组分的分离、鉴定与功能解析;2)鳞翅目农业害虫细胞与体液免疫反应过程及其调控机理;3)寄生蜂毒液蛋白组分与其寄主天然免疫反应靶标间的相互作用;4)节肢动物功能组学及其在植物害虫生物防治中的前期应用基础。

目前主持承担的主要科研项目包括:

 973计划课题(2014CB138404):农作物重要病毒病昆虫传播与致害的生物学基础:课题4-介体昆虫—病毒—寄主植物三者互作机制(课题骨干)(2014年01月至2018年08月);

 浙江省自然科学基金面上项目(LY14C140001):金小蜂毒液Kazal类蛋白酶抑制因子编码基因克隆及其功能研究(主持)(2014年01月至2016年12月);

 国家转基因生物新品种培育重大科技专项(2014ZX08011-001):转基因水稻环境安全评价技术:任务1-抗病虫等基因操作的环境安全评价技术(任务骨干)(2014年01月至2015年12月);

 国家自然科学基金面上项目(31272098):蝶蛹金小蜂毒液免疫抑制小肽的鉴定、结构与功能研究(参加)(2013年01月至2016年12月);

 国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(31101488):蝶蛹金小蜂毒液丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子调控寄主血淋巴黑化的机理(主持)(2012年01月至2014年12月);

• 教学工作

参与主讲的研究生课程有《昆虫生理学》和《昆虫生化与分子生物学》。

协助课题组长叶恭银教授培养博士生和硕士生若干名。
