• 研究领域

紧密围绕重大农业害虫烟粉虱入侵及传播双生病毒的分子机制这一国际研究热点,开展以下原创性的工作:1)利用分子生物学、功能基因组学的手段分析烟粉虱入侵及取代本地隐种、隐种间生殖隔离的分子机制,为烟粉虱的综合治理提供新的思路;2)解析烟粉虱传播双生病毒的分子机制,找出烟粉虱传播双生病毒的关键蛋白,为新药剂的开发提供靶标;3)解析烟粉虱-双生病毒-植物三者互作机制及其对烟粉虱入侵过程的影响。主要研究成果有:1)解析了烟粉虱传播双生病毒及与其互作的部分分子机制,研究证明植物病毒可以诱导媒介昆虫的自噬反应。研究成果已作为封面文章发表在了病毒学领域的顶级期刊Journal of Virology上;2)分析了重要入侵害虫-Q隐种烟粉虱的转录组,已被包括Nature Biotechnology等权威学术期刊他引了100余次;3)通过转录组比较初步揭示了不用隐种烟粉虱竞争取代的分子机制,发现抗药性基因的过表达是入侵型烟粉虱取代本地烟粉虱的重要原因,为烟粉虱的防控提供了新的思路;4)发现烟粉虱共生菌Hamiltonella在烟粉虱的入侵中起着重要的作用。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金重大项目1项,973课题2项。2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。
