1.简历

 

徐海君(1980.1-),博士、教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,教育部青年长江学者,浙江省杰出青年科学基金获得者,“水稻生物学国家重点实验室”骨干,曾主持和参与国家自然科学基金、科技部973项目和863项目、农业部公益行业项目等多个项目。

2001年浙江大学学士;2006年浙江大学博士;2006-2010年美国Michigan State University和Indina University School of Medicine博士后;2010年浙江大学副教授;2015年浙江大学教授;

2.研究领域

主要从事昆虫进化发育生物学与水稻害虫的灾变机制研究。

本课题组围绕生物体在进化过程中出现的发育可塑性和对环境的适应性这一进化发育生物学问题,通过多种手段揭示生物表型变化的发育机制,旨在发现生物体为适应异质性环境而产生的表型进化的分子机制,从而达到明确基因的表达与修饰是如何决定组织(或器官)发育可塑性的目的。

 我们以稻飞虱为研究模型,融合昆虫遗传学、昆虫生理学、内分泌学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等领域的多种手段揭示昆虫的长翅与短翅(无翅)发育调控的分子机制。因此,本研究的长期目标是剖析水稻害虫的生物学特性,利用功能基因组学研究,揭示害虫发生的分子规律,旨在农业昆虫学科的前沿领域获得理论突破和创新,最终为害虫防治提供新靶标、新策略、新思路。

主要成果一

经我们独立构思与实验设计,在昆虫学领域原创性地发现了调控稻飞虱翅可塑性发育的“分子开关”,研究结果在知名杂志Nature(2015)发表,研究结果入选“2015中国生命科学领域十大进展”http://digitalpaper.stdaily.com/http_www.kjrb.com/kjrb/images/2016-01/25/07/DefPub2016012507.pdf  )。

率先在国内建立了基于Bac-to-Bac系统的家蚕杆状病毒基因敲除体系,相关研究结果在《BmNPV三个杆状病毒核心基因分析》(2006)和Journal of General Virology杂志(2008)发表。

主要成果三:

发现了调控致病因子表达的莱姆病螺旋体二元信号系统(Hk2-Rrp2)的上游信号因子,相关研究结果在PLoS Pathogens(2010)等杂志发表。
