学习经历

1998.09-2002.07:南开大学生命科学学院生化与分子生物学系,获学士学位;

2002.09-2007.07:中科院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所,获动物学博士学位;

 

工作经历

2007.09-2010.10:美国马里兰大学昆虫系,博士后;

2010.10-2015.12:美国哥伦比亚大学生物系,Associate Research Scientist

2015.12至今:浙江大学农业与生物技术学院昆虫科学研究所,入选第十二批国家青年千人计划,浙江大学百人计划特聘研究员

 

研究领域:

    长期从事昆虫生长发育和激素调控方面的研究,在国内外杂志发表论文25 篇,多篇研究论文发表在Journal of Cell BiologyNature CommunicationsPNASEMBO ReportsDevelopment等杂志上。代表性研究成果有:(1)在昆虫激素研究方面,鉴定了TGFβ信号通路参与昆虫保幼激素合成的分子调控机制;(2)以果蝇卵巢为研究对象,发现细胞分裂和细胞骨架基因是影响卵巢卵泡上皮干细胞稳定的重要因子,并将这些基因和已知重要的信号通路如HippoHedgehog互相联系起来,揭示了昆虫卵巢发育的分子机制。今后,我们还将开展一些生物防治领域的工作。寄生蜂是一类专门寄生在其它昆虫体内的昆虫,是很多重大农业害虫的天敌。寄生蜂与其寄主在长期协同进化过程中形成了寄生和防御等复杂的互作关系。因此,揭示寄生蜂与寄主的互作机制对于实际生产中如何提高寄生蜂的寄生效率,提高害虫防治效果具有重要的指导意义。本研究组的研究内容主要包括:(1)果蝇和寄生蜂生殖的分子机理;(2)以模式动物果蝇为寄主,研究寄生蜂和寄主之间的相互作用关系。
