    近五年来，共主持及参加科研项目150余项，实际到位科研总经费近2000万元。其中，国家自然科学基金重点项目 2 项、国家杰出青年基金1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目 16 项、国家“ 863” 项目 3 项、国家科技攻关及国际合作项目等重要科研项目多项。获省部级奖励6项。

    近五年来，发表的论文数目和质量逐年增加，在Plant Cell & Environment, Plant Cell Physiology，Journal of Experimental Botany，Phytochemistry， Environmental and Experimental Botany, Plant Science, Plant and Soil, Plant Cell Tissue & Organ Culture, Journal of Horticultural Science & Biotechnology, Plant Growth Regulation, Food Chemistry, 以及《遗传学报》、《园艺学报》、《植物生理与分子生物学报》、《植物病理学报》、《应用生态学报》、《植物学报》、《植物营养与肥料学报》等国内外有影响的专业性学术期刊上发表论文230余篇。
